I am a pragmatic People leader and I leverage my expertise from the fast-paced global tech startups and scale ups, offering founders and management teams a wealth of knowledge, relentless drive for excellence, and strategic acumen.
Joining Rocket Internet Ventures, I served as People Partner at Home24 advising the leadership team, and as Head of People at Plinga, championing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Later, I established the People organization at Yilu, a Lufthansa Group spin-off, during a period of significant growth across multiple locations, embodying agility and adaptability. As Head of People Operations at Moonfare, orchestrated the People organisation setup, shaped culture, led strategic initiatives, and spearheaded international expansion efforts.
